You don't "try" to get a FLW, it is the RESULT of the BENT RIGHT WRIST. 2) Setup with your FLW/BRW and start by practicing cheaps with no swivel. 3) Move up to pitches with again, no swivel. 4) Then slowly move into 3/4 punch shots, again no swivel. Don't worry about the direction just yet just learn the feeling of the FLW/BRW relationship Once you think you've got it.... take a full swing, hit the inside back corner of the ball and roll your ENTIRE ARM through impact!
