Hitting on the toe can be caused by several things.
1. Throwaway-- The left wrist bending and right wrist flattening through the Impact Interval. Work on short Basic shots(chips) first to correct this. Check for Snares, especially Steering. Train the HANDS.
2. Radius problem-- The left arm raduis to the ball could be disrupted by a bent left arm, or a pulling away with the shoulder or torso.
3. Off Plane-- If the shaft is OFF PLANE through the Impact Interval, the club will likely not contact the center of gravity of the club, or sweet spot.
A video analysis from an A.I. to determine the cause, then a plan to practice properly is a suggestion.
If this is not possible... work on Basic Motion on up until you have solid contact and good ball flight with all clubs.
