"You want your pivot to drive against a tight rope." That is super. I always wondered if Extensor Action was less critical to the Swingers Motion. But this post should be in the archives for Swingers. How strong are you "tugging?" Do you have an analogy as to the level of "effort" in your extensor action? Great post man!
