Putting backswing when hitting
I understand the downstroke when hitting (vs. swinging) a putt, but not the backswing. What does the right forearm and elbow do on the backswing? Does the elbow bend more (on the shaft plane) to create the pistoning action on the downstroke? If so, this means the putter comes up off the ground quite a bit!
