Rhythm - It's an Essential...But not an Imperative!!!

Friends,
I understand the concept.... anyone have some ideas on teaching it to the Average Joe. Each Hinge Action has a different amount of travel around the Hinge Pin... Horizontal the most....Vertical the least. Can someone elaborate on clubhead, hand, and shoulder travel for each?
