There is not such a thing as left shoulder control.... there is only right shoulder control per the shoulder motions in 2-H (I think)
The right shoulder turns to the plane and the right triceps are stretching the wobble out the left shoulder by means of extensor action giving the illusion of shoulder turn.....
1. You have a face-on video. Centered on ball position.
2. Does it generally make sense comparing the position of the left shoulder on the top? Assuming perfect tripod stance.
Such as:
- Anywhere behind the ball
- At least parallell to the right shoulder
- Centered between feet
- Centered under the Stationary Head
etc
So: What can be said? If anything..
The "whips" attachment point (stable center) can vary the speed and increase/decrease the mass depending on where and when along that whips length, and thickness, force is added, in what direction that force is sent, and at what ratio loading and unloading of that motion takes place in time. All of this relating to where that whip cracks and its orientation to your stated objective, the line of compression. Support for impact.
In this case, that of a shoulder which moves, 'center', the point around which force moves in a circle, need not be a body part, but simply a point in space. The less moving parts, the more stable the machine, however coordinated moving parts which work in harmony and balance with each 'link in the chain' apply efficient, smooth force. A simpler machine.
